90 Day Fiancé: Every Season & Spin-Off Scheduled To Air In 2022

More than a dozen spin-offs have been spawned from 90 Day Fiancé, and there’s been a lot of speculation about the franchise lineup for next year. The schedule of franchise shows has had a bit of a shakeup in recent years, so when and which shows will air next year is less certain than usual. TLC hasn’t released much information about what’s coming in 2022, but scheduling decisions from the past may provide insight for what to expect.

The network has had a difficult time producing franchise shows over the past two years because of the pandemic, but they’ve since gotten the filming logistics figured out. Now the show is back on track, though as a result of the production hiccup, next year’s schedule could be far different than it was in 2021. However, fans shouldn’t expect much information about 90 Day Fiancé and its spin-offs in advance about what shows will be returning and when they will premier in 2022.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Most of the franchise’s many spin-offs will more than likely be coming back next year for additional seasons, and there are even a couple of new shows that have been added to the lineup. There are several debuts coming up in January, but beyond that, TLC has kept fans in the dark. For several shows, like 90 Day Fiancé, something seismic would have to happen to keep them from returning in 2022, but others are more of a question mark.

Darcey & Stacey Season 3 – Definitely

Season 3 of this spin-off will debut on January 10, but the Silva sisters may be wearing out their welcome in the franchise. Many fans think their spin-off is nearly unwatchable, and TLC could decide to cancel it after season 3.

David & Annie: After the 90 Days Season 1 – Definitely

Recently, the network announced there would be two new spin-off series with returning couples, and David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan are one of them. The new shows are a sure thing—a trailer has been released and both are set to premiere on January 10.

Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days Season 1 – Definitely

Like David and Annie, Alexei and Loren Brovarnik will be featured in a spin-off that follows their lives after appearing on the show. Loren’s recent pregnancy will be a main storyline, and the new show’s premiere is just days away.

90 Day Fiancé season 9 – Almost Certainly

The franchise’s flagship show hasn’t been officially renewed yet, but it’s so popular that it would be shocking if the main show didn’t return. Several spin-offs have been confirmed, so season 9 seems like a lock. Season 8 premiered in December 2020, which means the next season is running behind schedule but will most likely air at some point in 2022.

Pillow Talk – Almost Certainly

Pillow Talk is incredibly popular with viewers, who often prefer seeing cast’s commentary more than the actual shows. The franchise loves to reuse cast members, and cast members love that TLC money. This spin-off will likely return, probably for multiple shows.

90 Day Diaries – Probably

This spin-off is cheap and easy to produce, which means there’s no real reason not to bring it back. The risk to reward is so beneficial to the network, TLC probably figures, why not? There were two seasons this year and there could be two more in 2022.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 7 – Probably

Recycling cast members are a time-honored tradition in the franchise, and at this point TLC has a lot of stars to choose from. Happily Ever After? is a popular spin-off and will probably be slatted to air right after 90 Day Fiancé season 9.

Love in Paradise: The Caribbean Season 2 – Probably

Love in Paradise wasn’t enormously popular, but some fans think cast member Aryanna Sierra hinted about appearing on season 2 when she said she didn’t want to “give away too much” about her relationship status. A second season could be in the works with returning cast members.

90 Day: Foody Call Season 2 – Probably

Foody Call was very divisive, but it’s a cheap show to make. Annie also shared a photo of her in the kitchen with a film crew, and it seemed to be an indication that season 2 is in production.

90 Day: The Single Life Season 3 – Probably

This controversial spin-off hasn’t been well-received by fans, but TLC seems to be doubling down on it. There were two seasons in 2021, but with season 2 airing so late in the year, there may only be one season in 2022.

90 Day: Bares All – Probably

Bares All is a simple and straightforward show, and because fans enjoy getting updates and deep dives into their favorite (or least favorite) cast members, this spin-off will probably be back next year.

The Family Chantel Season 4  – Maybe

There was a 10-month hiatus between seasons 2 and 3 of The Family Chantel, so even if season 4 has been greenlit, it may take a long time to return. For many viewers, this spin-off has deviated from the core franchise, and TLC could decide to axe the show before filming a fourth season

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 4 – Who Knows

Season 3 of The Other Way didn’t air until the fall of 2021, but the logistics and international travel involved with producing the show could prove problematic. The current COVID-19 surge could throw a wrench in the production of season 4, and this spin-off might not return until 2023.

Not much is known for sure about the 90 Day Fiancé franchise schedule next year, but that doesn’t mean fans’ favorite shows won’t be retuning in 2022. The network is known for giving little advance notice when dropping new seasons or spin-offs, so TLC probably won’t reveal many details about its upcoming schedule. Viewers can rest assured that they’ll be seeing more familiar franchise favorites in the coming year. The network may not have revealed the full plan for when each show and spin-off is slated to air in 2022, but the franchise’s history offers clues about what fans can expect.
