TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé is famous for introducing some of the wackiest cast members, but a few have shown a rare sign of maturity amid all the craziness. Pointing out immature cast members on the show is quite easy given that 90 Day Fiancé is full of them. One example is Colt Johnson, who debuted on the show as a “man-child” and was overly dependent on his mother Debbie Johnson.
As his season progressed, Colt proved to 90 Day Fiancé viewers that he was juvenile in how he handled his relationships with Larissa Lima, Jess Caroline, and Vanessa Guerra. Other immature cast members include Nicole Nafziger and the latest addition to the franchise, Mike Berk. They’ve pushed themselves on their respective partners in such a silly way that it ended up costing them their relationships. Asuelu Pulaa has also been one of the most ignorant married cast members in the franchise due to his weird excuses for not wearing condoms.
At the same time, Angela Deem has been incredibly silly for everything she has done, including flashing to the cameras during the Tell-All and pressuring her daughter, Skyla Deem, to donate her eggs. The list of immature cast members goes on with names such as Syngin Colchester, Natalie Mordovtseva, Ben Rathbun, Big Ed, and many more. On the other hand, the list of mature and logical cast members is pretty short.
Caleb Greenwood
The new reality star from Arizona was introduced on the show with Alina Kozhevnikova but had his reality TV career cut short due to his on-screen girlfriend’s racist actions. Still, during his brief stint on the show, he showed absolute class and honesty from the beginning. When Caleb found out that Alina had lied about her previous relationship, he didn’t lash out at her in anger but discussed his feelings calmly. His actions quickly make 90 Day Fiancé viewers realize that he wasn’t cut from the same cloth as Alina.
Avery Mills
Young American star Avery Mills appeared on the show alongside her beau Omar Albakour. Though they were never fan-favorites, their perseverance to be together received a lot of praise from 90 Day Fiancé fans. Many critics now admit that they were wrong about Avery and claimed that they just had a bad first impression of her. Fans respect the 22-year-old reality star for how she held her ground against Jessie and Angela and even saw her as one of the most reasonable 90 Day Fiancé cast members from the show. Avery was only 19 when she debuted on the show, and the fact that she has been so mature is certainly worth praising.
Russ Mayfield
Paola Mayfield’s husband has shown mature behavior in comparison to other cast members who are around his age. Fans were certain that the Mayfield couple wouldn’t last, but Russ proved them all wrong. He showed great growth in his personality and mindset when he supported his wife in achieving her goal to become a model. Russ’ ability to put his personal views to the side and his open-mindedness has helped their relationship last. TLC producers often enjoy featuring controversial stars like Big Ed, but 90 Day Fiancé fans would love to watch these mature cast members once again in future seasons and/or spin-offs.
