Below Deck: Everything To Know About Primary Charter Guest Bryan Guarnieri From Season 8

It’s been an explosive week for Below Deck, with not just one, but two crew members departing the boat in the most shocking of ways. First, it was deckhand Shane Coopersmith, who had to say goodbye to My Seanna after getting fired by Captain Lee Rosbach. Soon after, yacht chef Rachel Hargrove was pushed over the edge by an “ostentatious” preference sheet. Here’s everything to know about Below Deck’s primary charter guest Bryan Guarnieri, who allegedly made Rachel quit.

While Below Deck viewers already knew about Rachel missing her Italian boyfriend and getting gassed by her crew member, little did they expect her to quit all because of a preference sheet. When Rachel sat down with Captain Lee, bosun Eddie Lucas, and chief stew Francesca Rubi, she came across Guarnieri’s request for “nothing but the finest service during his charter.” Although the request wasn’t overwhelming on paper, it was Guarneiri’s demands for a big breakfast, rainbow and unicorn floats, seafood, steaks, American fine dining, authentic New Orleans cuisine, and Spanish, not Mexican food, that made Rachel see red. Being the only chef present on Below Deck to serve Guarnieri his “elaborate 10-course dinner,” Rachel asked for $16,000 a month or “the flight home.” As declared by Captain Lee, Rachel’s meltdown over Guarnieri was the first time he’d seen a chef “walk off the day before they’re supposed to pick up.” But with the Captain also claiming that they were now “scr*wed six ways to Sunday,” is there any chance of Guarnieri getting what he wishes for?

Now an infamous Below Deck guest, Guarnieri is known to be North Carolina’s top realtor. Being associated with residential real estate company Coldwell Banker-HPW, Guarnieri’s profile on the website says he’s “passionate about real estate” and it shows through his many achievements. Guarnieri is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. This, Guarnieri says, helps him put his expertise and experience in marketing land and luxury homes to his clients’ benefit. “My results speak volumes,” writes Below Deck’s Guarnieri. His impressive portfolio shows 83 homes and land areas sold so far and 10 current listings, the priciest one of them being land in Franklinton, NC valued at $328,000.

When it comes to social media, Guarnieri goes by @thebryan.relator on Instagram and mentions that he’s “single and loving life.” The luxury homes specialist says on IG that he’s “not going to apologize for having a 4-page preference sheet” in his latest post. A self-proclaimed Below Deck superfan and admirer of Captain Lee’s command of the “My Seanna yacht (as well as the English language),” most of Guarnieri’s posts show him having a good time with friends or talking about his numerous awards. When Guarnieri is not being a stay-at-home dad to 13 dogs and tortoises, he’s busy being a connoisseur of “art, food and wine, cars, jewelry, and clothing,” according to his Twitter profile, aptly named, “@ferrarisforme.”

Chef Rachel’s outburst on Below Deck, meanwhile, has fans wondering if Captain Lee would have to send his “#realtortotherescue” friend packing after canceling the charter for the first time in 35 years. Either way, Guarnieri seems to be leaning into his extravagant representation on the show.
