Now that the Big Brother 23 houseguests have returned to reality, certain fans are questioning if Alyssa Lopez and Xavier Prather happened to be dating. Alyssa and Xavier were both on the Kings team for the first few weeks of the competition. Therefore, they quickly formed a close friendship that lasted all the way until Alyssa’s eviction from the show. There were numerous occasions throughout the summer when the Big Brother season 23 winner admitted he had a crush on Alyssa or found her to be attractive.
While Xavier had a crush on Alyssa, she had her eyes on someone else. Christian Birkenberger was the Kings team captain. He also quickly formed a close relationship with Alyssa, and this friendship turned into the only official showmance of the summer. Alyssa and Christian were nearly inseparable up until Christian’s eviction. Since Christian was evicted pre-jury, the duo wasn’t reunited until after the finale. Christian had flown out to Los Angeles to meet up with Alyssa and the rest of the cast on finale night. Upon their long-awaited reunion, Christian asked Alyssa to officially be his girlfriend, and Alyssa said yes.
Just 48 hours later, however, Christian and Alyssa broke up, making Alyssa yet again a single lady. Now, fans think she might’ve been dating her other best friend from the game, Xavier. It has been no secret that Xavier finds Alyssa attractive. While inside the house, Xavier admitted that he would have considered having a showmance with her had she not been dating Christian. Following the finale back in September, many photos surfaced on social media where Xavier and Alyssa seemed a lot closer than Alyssa and Christian appeared to be. This sparked questioning among fans regarding whether or not Alyssa was dating Christian or moved on to Xavier. So when Alyssa and Christian revealed the news of their breakup, the possibility of a potential relationship between Alyssa and Xavier became more possible.

Last weekend, most of the Big Brother 23 cast reunited in Florida for Halloween. Alyssa, who lives in Florida, invited all of her former castmates to her home to celebrate the holiday. As photos began to surface on social media regarding the group’s reunion, Alyssa and Xavier yet again looked quite close. In fact, many fans claimed that they looked like a couple based on their mannerisms. There was even a video that surfaced where Alyssa and Xavier were sitting closely together underneath the same blanket on a couch.
A relationship between Xavier and Alyssa has been denied by Alyssa, and it was very unlikely to begin with. As some fans pointed out, Alyssa and Xavier had an extremely close relationship while inside the Big Brother house following Christian’s eviction. Therefore, it’s clear that Xavier and Alyssa are just really good friends.
