Genshin Impact: How to Unlock the 80th Crimson Agate (Lost in the Snow)

Out of all of the games to release this year, there are few that can boast the sheer amount of content and activities that Genshin Impact features throughout its run. Players would find it incredibly difficult to complete everything that the game currently has to offer just because there is so much. Players are able to explore several different regions of the map, spend their time accepting missions from the game’s different NPCs, or even completing the story content.

With the newest update to Genshin Impact players now have a brand new portion of the map to explore that comes with its own set of missions and tasks to complete. One new addition is the Frostbearing Tree which will give players several different rewards every time that they level it up. In order to level it though players will need to offer the tree as many Crimson Agate as possible. In order to find the 80th piece of Agate though players will need to complete the Lost in The Snow quest.

Genshin Impact – How to Get the 80th Crimson Agate

In order to start this Lost in The Snow quest players will need to first travel to Moonstadt region and chat with a person named Joel at the adventure camp just east of Dragonspine. Players will find Joel here looking off at Dragonspine Mountain, and he can be spoken to start the Lost in The Snow quest. Joel wants the player to help him track down his father who has gone missing deep in the mountains. The beginning of this quest just needs the player to just follow the main path into Dragonspine until they reach a small campsite near the Statue of the Seven. Here the player will need to defeat a host of Hilichurls before reading a nearby note to get their next task.

Players will then need to follow the path to the west to discover where Joel’s father was headed next. There will be a Frostarm Lawachurl near the next camp that the player should probably try to sneak past but can be fought if they want another piece of Crimson Agate. Once inside the camp, the player will then uncover another note from Joel’s father that points them to a third location.

This map is hidden extremely well, so the player will need to look pretty carefully. The best way to get there is to start from the Statue of the Seven and start moving towards the mountain. There will be a cave that the player can climb inside to check out. At the end of the tunnel and to the right players will come across a wall that can be broken open to discover the final camp. Here Joel will give players information on how to feed the foxes, and therefore unlock the 80th Crimson Agate.

In order to acquire this players will need to berries in the bowl near the cooking pot for several real-world days in a row. If the player does this and keeps coming back they will eventually come back to find a chest that contains the Crimson Agate.

Genshin Impact can be played on PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS.
