How The Book Of Boba Fett’s Episode Count Compares To Other Star Wars Shows
Although The Book of Boba Fett is a spinoff of The Mandalorian, and continues exploring some similar aspects of the Star Wars galaxy (namely Tatooine), it does have at least one key difference in terms of its episode count. Whereas both The Mandalorian season 1 and season 2 had eight episodes, The Book of Boba Fett has seven episodes, which is how much time the story seemingly needed to be told. This further proves how flexible Disney+ is with its Star Wars shows – Obi-Wan Kenobi may have just four or six episodes, while Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 1 had 16 episodes.
