Erika Jayne’s makeup artist revealed that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s marriage was an “arrangement.” The “Rollercoaster” singer’s marriage has been called into question more than once. Many have accused her union of being a sham, but what does her image consultant know?
The current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been all about Erika, Erika, Erika. The Bravo cameras have been following the backlash of Erika’s divorce from Tom Girardi. The disgraced lawyer has been accused of embezzling money from the victims of the Lion Air Flight crash. Bravo viewers already know that his law firm, Girardi-Keese, has declared bankruptcy, and the trustees have also discovered that $25 million was sent to Erika’s EJ Global LLC. The millions were reportedly spent on her glam team, not to mention numerous other charges throughout the years.
Troy Jensen sat down with Heather McDonald on her Juicy Scoop podcast to spill the beans about his former employer. Troy told listeners that he was paid extremely well and started to only concentrate on her. Troy revealed that Tom was the one signing his paychecks, saying, “I’d turn in my invoice on a Monday, and I’d get paid by Wednesday, and I was paid by Tom’s office. I wasn’t paid out of this EG Global LLC. I was paid by Tom’s office.” According to Troy, no expense was spared when it came to Erika. Not shocking the audience, Troy also claimed that Erika and Tom’s marriage was not a close or romantic one as it felt more like “an arrangement.” Check out the video below:
The makeup artist even shared that he found the two competitive with one another, recalling an interaction he had with the two of them at one of Erika’s concerts. Troy sent up alerts when he decided to plead the fifth when asked if Erika had a boyfriend at that time. Troy has worked with the likes of Kim Kardashian and Mariah Carey, but it seems that Erika’s paychecks were too good to pass up. Troy worked with Erika for the past 10 years and was hired to help her create the Erika Jayne image. Troy covered everything from her photography to the development of her website.
Sadly, Troy and Erika had a falling-out after an outfit he styled was axed and he called her a wannabe pop star. Erika has stayed quiet on her legal issues, only positing ill-timed photos on her Instagram that have been revealing. Bravo fans are looking forward to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, where hopefully Erika will be able to open up a lot more.
