She has openly talked about wanting a more physical partner and has already gotten herself into trouble with a fellow castmate. The Montville mansion has been a thorn in her side for some time now, but on a recent episode of the show Teresa opened up about how overwhelmed she has become with it. The 48-year-old has spent 20 years of her life fixing up the ostentatious home with large Italian vases and fainting chairs, but it is time for her to let it go telling her co-stars, “It’s hard for me to sell the house.”
Longtime fans are well aware that Joe built the house after purchasing it in 2002 for $530,000, which was a total steal. Teresa explained to cameras that the thought of selling the house was difficult since “Joe and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home.” But time heals all wounds, and Teresa is ready for a new beginning and fresh start. Screen Rant reported that Teresa had given the house a makeover with help from an interior designer since the old Italian feel was not up to everyone’s liking.
The fancy home is still on the market, and according to the New York Post, the asking price is $2,248,888. While there are high-end clients surrounding Montville in Bergen County, many feel she will have to wait for a decent buyer due to the worldwide pandemic. Teresa has enough going on as she is embroiled in a nasty feud with Jackie Goldsneider and refuses to apologize. The OG is evidently terrified she will be replaced and is acting up more than usual to keep her part on the show safe.
