Former Shahs of Sunset star Lilly Ghalichi announces that she’s welcoming her second child into the world. Three years ago, the attorney turned reality television personality gave birth to her daughter Alara. Last year she expressed her and her husband Dara Mils’ plans of expanding their family. Lilly made headlines back in November when her home in Los Angeles was broken into while her family was away. Men in black smashed into the star’s window while she and her husband were off vacationing in the Caribbean.
Last October, fresh off the heels of her daughter’s third birthday, Lilly spoke openly about hopes about bringing more life into her family. During an interview with Bravo, Lilly shared that she definitely wanted more kids. She believes that having more children in her late thirties would give hope to other mature women who are looking to do the same. Lilly, Dara, Alara and their puppy Coconut live in a 10,682 mansion home in Bel Air. Days after Lilly and Dara posted photos of them vacationing in Saint Bart last year, men in black broke in through the windows to rob the home. Luckily, the robbers fled the scene when the security alarms went off.

Today, Lilly took to Instagram and announced that she’s expecting. She shared a family photo shoot with her adorning a custom Walter Collection white dress and one black glove. She shows off her brand new baby bump under Dara’s romantic. She then went on to her Instagram Stories to further share the news. Throughout her three Stories, she showcased more pictures from the photo shoot. “Suprise! Sorry I’ve been so MIA. It’s been a hard few months, this pregnancy. Thrilled to be expecting our next baby and finally feeling better,” she wrote.

There was plenty of positivity for Lilly and her family pouring throughout the comments of the post, inducing some congratulations from some of her former Shahs of Sunsets cast members. Mike Shouted and Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi both showed Lilly some virtual love along with former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams. Fashion designer Jessica Stano also commented saying, “I’m so excited !!!!!!!! and you look stunning per usual.“
For women that think they’re too old to have children, Lilly’s new announcement stands as an example that anything is possible. While she may not be on appearing on Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset every week, she continues to inspire women to lead successful careers in business. From her fake eyelash company Lilly Lashes to her line of hair vitamins, she shows that hard work can provide you with all of life’s riches. With another child on the way (and possibly more in the future), it’ll be interesting to see whether or not she will slow down her entrepreneurial ventures to focus more on her home life. Regardless, the life that Lilly and her husband have made for themselves will provide their children with everything they’ll ever need.
