The Challenge: Every Female Player Who Has Been Kicked Off The Show (And Why)

MTV’s The Challenge is a competition known for its high-intensity challenges and mental gameplay. Players are pushed to their limits physically and mentally for a chance to win the grand prize and sometimes things can come to a boiling point between contestants. Naturally, this means that things have escalated to the point that producers have had to step in on The Challenge to de-escalate the situation.

The Challenge has seen some fierce female competitors throughout its time on-air, and these women can hold their own just as well as the men can. However, with any intense environment, there are going to be blow-ups and fights that will lead to contestants being kicked from the competition. There are a few female contestants that have fallen on the sword when it comes to the competition showing zero-policy for violence, which led to their departure from the show.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Simone Kelly (Physical Altercation): Dirty 30

During one of the best seasons of The Challenge, The Challenge XXX: Dirty 30, the eliminated contestants were sent to the Redemption house with a second chance to re-enter the game. Fans were used to the drama in the main house, but no one was expecting the showdown that occurred between Simone Kelly and Shane Raines.

Although the cameras weren’t rolling during the altercation, other contestants state that Shane and Simone engaged in an altercation that escalated when Shane allegedly slapped Simone, and the latter brandished a broken bottle to protect herself. Because of this incident, she was sent home along with her aggressor.

Tina Barta (Physical Altercation): The Duel

It was the punch heard and witnessed around the world. Tina Barta was never one to shy away from her anger and her right to speak her mind. She’s a fierce competitor and doesn’t take any mess from anyone.

However, her uncontrollable anger would eventually lead to her early elimination during Real World/Road Rules: The Duel because of her punching fellow contestant Beth Stolarczyk after the latter came at her about a bumping incident from earlier in the night. Still to this day, Tina claims she doesn’t regret her decision to punch her castmate.

Nia Moore (Physical Altercation): Battle Of The Exes 2

The tension and animosity between Jordan Wisely and Nia Moore coming into the Challenge house stemmed from their Real World: Portland days. So, it was no surprise when things hit the fan between the two in the Challenge house.

During The Challenge: Battle of The Exes 2, Nia and Jordan found themselves in an altercation which led to the former physically and verbally harassing the latter. Because of this altercation, Nia Moore found herself kicked off the show, and on a plane from Norway back to Atlanta. Nia Moore is now among a select few cast members banned from The Challenge.

Kailah Casilla (Physical Altercation): The Final Reckoning

Kailah Casilla has always been a free spirit on The Challenge but her wings had yet to fly when she is kicked off The Challenge: The Final Reckoning on the first night. As the contestants are getting settled into the house and starting to unwind, Kailah has other things on her mind, and these thoughts are aimed at a fellow contestant, Melissa Reeves.

After instigating and becoming involved in an argument that turns physical with Melissa, Kailah is sent home on the spot by host TJ Lavin, who makes it clear that physical violence is an absolute no in the house.

Melissa Reeves (Physical Altercation): The Final Reckoning

A fierce competitor and firecracker that isn’t afraid to say what she thinks, Melissa Reeves is one female player fans would love to see on season 38 of The Challenge. Ready to compete in The Final Reckoning, her time came to an abrupt end when she became involved in a physical altercation with castmate Kailah Casilla.

Although fans are aware that she was protecting herself after Kailah physically pushes her, host TJ Lavin sends Melissa home on the spot for engaging back in the altercation. Fans are hoping to see Melissa compete again on The Challenge because she would prove a force to be reckoned with.

Ashley Mitchell (Unknown Rule Broken): Spies, Lies, And Allies

A fierce competitor in the game and someone that knows how to stir the pot, fans were happy to see Ashley Mitchell back to compete on The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies. However, fans were left confused when the formidable player was no longer in the competition without ever going through an elimination.

Her departure, as explained by host TJ Lavin, was due to her breaking one of the rules that would no longer allow her to compete in the competition. Ashley herself spoke on her dismissal from the show, apologizing to the producers and her fans for not following the rules, and her abrupt departure (per ScreenRant). Hopefully, fans will be seeing Ashley in future challenges and playing by all the rules.
